Dan is committed to the betterment of our District towns through public service. He embraces the Democratic belief that the principle of public service must rise above that of self-interest.
Dan has lived and worked in District 8 towns since 1972. He has raised his family here in the towns of Torrington, New Hartford and Canton and now his children are grown and are raising their own families in District 8 towns. He has seen the struggles they faced as young adults in finding good jobs, supporting their families and finding affordable healthcare. "I am committed to working for the people in our District to help this generation and generations to come to have a good quality of life. There are many important decisions that need to be made correctly to ensure that this happens. I want to be a part of that".
